It is an anatomy-focused movement experience that creatively targets our patterns of compensation and postural imbalances that have emerged from the hustle & bustle of daily life. Through fun purposeful movements you're able to find more freedom and range of motion to release tightness & restriction all while developing a greater brain-body connection.

PRIVATE SESSION

Retrain your BRAIN & BODY to move better for life.

The Private Session allows you to RESET, RENEW & REDEFINE the way you move through time & space. We'll examine your habitual patterns & posture to develop a deeper understanding of how you move. Then, through tailored sequencing rewire deviated pathways that run between the body & brain laying down movement patterns that better serve the longevity of the body.

 MAT - TO - LIFE

A fused package of private yoga classes and face-to-face coaching sessions. This blended approach offers a compassionate & safe place to feel, to go deeper & heal whatever bubbles up during your practice physically, mentally or emotionally. The sessions are tailored to guide you towards a deeper connection with your whole Self, so you can lean into self-trust and begin to tend to your needs in a sustainable way. This is an opportunity to put yourself first & navigate towards how you want your life to feel.
