I'm a yoga instructor and coach and I work with people who are seeking to reconnect and dive deeper into the wisdom of the body. 

I believe you can create a nourishing relationship with the whole of you at any point in your life, I also know that it can be challenging knowing how & where to start. 

I can help you implement smarter, safer, & more conscious movement patterns in your life to stand up taller and feel & live better.
